In pristine condition, used but looks new. This is an awsome piece on wheels so if you are looking to have parties by the pool or inside you can wheel it around to wherever you want. Its very versatile. A place for wine bottles, or soda bottles. Wine glass holders underneath. I have applied a very durable exterior oil base Zar product on the metal tops (2 tier). It was used very little. This could also be used at a children’s birthday party where you could put the sodas on top and cups. You can also put the birthday cake up there, napkins underneath cookies and more and yes, we do ship throughout the United States! ❤️
