Return Policy

We have a 14 day domestic return policy as long as item is returned in exact condition as it was sold, see details below.  Also buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

We make every effort to describe the items accurately and honestly. Please look over the pictures, read the description thoroughly, and ask questions before purchasing.

 The item must be returned in the original condition that it was sold to get full refund, if it had tags, the tags must still be on it, if it was sealed, it still needs to be sealed. Items taken out of their package lose value, there must be no changes to the product as it was sold.  Once item is returned and received and inspected refund will be given.

 If the item arrives damaged please file a claim with the shipping company (i.e. USPS, etc) and contact us immediately.

If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. Ten Pin Antique Mall does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor at time of checkout.

Shipping and Handling

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments.

Orders are shipped using the selected method you as the customer chooses during checkout. Once location is entered, shipping fee is calculated. 

For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option! 

We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier.  We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
